Recap of our first 3 months and recent networking and community events
Our team has had the privilege of attending a number of networking events during the past 3 very busy months. This article will provide a brief overview of our first 3 months in business. After officially launching the company on March 22, 2016, we attended our first event, the Philadelphia Small Business Expo, on March 24, 2016 in Oaks, Pa. The event was a huge success as well as the Philadelphia Entrepreneur Expo.
In addition, we have attended a number of local SCORE meetings as well as the Montgomery County Community College Leadership Conference and Business Quarterly meeting. We also attended the local Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda Diversity in Business Panel in which entrepreneurs were interviewed and welcomed questions from students and community members. Two other notable events include the Montco small business expo and Networking night at a Philadelphia Phillies game on a beautiful summer evening.
Besides providing value to businesses in our community and across the nation, we seek out opportunities to get involved with our local community. We've had the opportunity to volunteer at the Montgomery County Suicide Prevention Taskforce in Norristown, Pa to prepare suicide awareness and information kits for local schools and we will volunteer with Cradles 2 Crayons later this summer.
We intend on attending the Philadelphia Startup Leaders Summer Barbecue on August 11th and the NEPA BlogCon later this year in North East Pennsylvania with the potential to attend a few more events this year.

We have attained 55% of our clients from networking which proves that attending events and networking is still effective when it comes to marketing your business. We've gained some likes on our inspirational quote posts and photos and we will continue to share them about 3 times per week, so if you haven't already, please like our Facebook company page.
I have also had the privilege of being featured as an entrepreneur and graduate on a Montgomery County Community College site article, which was also written by the Philadelphia Tribune and recognized by Delaware Valley University. I've also been interviewed on the Montco On the Air program on Montco Radio . It has been a privilege to be a part of our local business community and we look forward to providing value, supporting small businesses and attending more events for many years to come.
